5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Jive ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant Jive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

6. Subscription and Payments

Jive offers both free and premium subscription plans. If you choose a premium subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law
• Prices may change with prior notice

7. Safety and Interactions

While we strive to create a safe environment, Jive is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We recommend:

• Never sharing personal financial information
• Meeting in public places for initial in-person meetings
• Informing friends or family about your plans
