1. Our Commitment

At Erlion Limited ("Jive," "we," "us," or "our"), we have a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are fully committed to providing a safe environment for all users and to preventing any form of child exploitation on our platform. The safety and protection of children is our highest priority.

2. Age Requirements

Jive is strictly for adults only. To use our Service:

• Minimum Age: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Jive
• Age Verification: We implement age verification measures during the registration process
• Account Termination: Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

• Any content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors
• Attempting to contact, groom, or solicit minors
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM
• Any behavior that sexualizes minors
• Using the platform to facilitate child exploitation
• Predatory behavior towards minors
• Any content that promotes or glorifies child abuse

4. Detection and Prevention Measures

We employ multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent CSAE:

• Photo Scanning: All uploaded images are scanned using industry-standard hash-matching technology to detect known CSAM
• Automated Detection: Machine learning systems monitor for suspicious patterns and behaviors
• Content Moderation: Trained human moderators review flagged content
• User Reporting: Easy-to-use reporting tools for users to flag concerning content or behavior
• Profile Review: New accounts and profiles undergo review processes

5. Reporting and Response

We take all reports of CSAE extremely seriously and respond immediately:

• Immediate Action: Suspected CSAE content is immediately removed and the account is suspended
• Law Enforcement: We report all incidents of CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement
• Evidence Preservation: Relevant data is preserved for law enforcement investigations
• Permanent Bans: Users who violate CSAE policies are permanently banned from the platform

6. How to Report

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation:

• In-App Reporting: Use the report button on any profile or message to flag content immediately
• Email: Contact our Trust & Safety team directly at safety@jiveapp.cc
• Emergency: If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement immediately

All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

• 18 U.S.C. S 2258A - Reporting requirements for electronic communication service providers
• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)
• Google Play Developer Program Policy on CSAE
• Apple App Store Guidelines on CSAM
• Relevant local and international child protection laws
